Attention Writers!  The Phoenix Rattler is a writing contest sponsored by Christian Writers of the West, the Arizona Chapter of American Christian Fiction Writers. This year, Cynthia Hickey, the proprietor of her own publishing company, Forget Me Not Romances(a division of Winged Publications) as our Final Judge.
